42nd Running Anniversary

42nd YEAR RUNNING ANNIVERSARY.
I have accumulated
123,472.19 KMS.
It’s been a roller coaster ride through the years to say the Very least. There were good running days and there were terrible running days. Last year and this year alone has been quite a challenge and yet I always try to keep my mind focused on the brighter side and just keep on going.
Running has always been my joy and happiness, it keeps me stable and grounded as I continue my journey i call “Life”. Here’s to many more running years ahead.
